1. General Information

This website is operated by Evergreen Egle Jwlr, registered in Lithuania. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Evergreen Egle Jwlr. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, or contributors of content.

2. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that all product information, images, and descriptions on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, due to the handcrafted nature of many of our pieces, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. These variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.). We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions safely.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, but only a confirmation of receipt. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

Each piece of jewelry from Evergreen Egle Jwlr are hand made in Vilnius, Lithuania. Since most of our designs are made-to-order, please allow between 10 to 20 business days (2-4 weeks) for your piece to be created as we make it specially for you. If you're in a hurry, don't worry—simply reach out to us at info@evergreeneglejwlr.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. In stock one of a kind pieces are shipped in 3 business days after placing your order.  All orders are shipped via Lithuanian Post with a tracking number, ensuring your jewelry arrives safely and promptly.

Shipping fares

For all orders within the European Union, a flat shipping fee of 5.00€ will be applied. Shipping is free for orders within Lithuania. For international orders, a flat rate of 10.00€ applies. Please note that international deliveries may take up to 2-4 weeks from dispatch, depending on the destination country. Once the package leaves our studio and is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss during transit.

Custom, duties & taxes

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. Please be aware that your order does not include any taxes, duties, or additional charges that may be imposed when your package arrives in your country. We recommend checking any applicable fees before purchasing your jewelry.

Error

If Evergreen Egle Jwlr delivers an item that differs from what was ordered, or if the item is damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement of the purchased item. Please note that any damage occurring during shipping is not our responsibility.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Please be mindful when placing your orders, as Evergreen Egle Jwlr does not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item is defective (please refer to the section above titled “Shipping and delivery. Error” for our terms regarding defective items).

We are not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipping process. We will only cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our mistake.

7. Resizing 

If the item is made based on a size provided by the customer, an additional charge will apply for this service. The flat fee for resizing, where applicable, is 40 EUR + shipping cost. For more details, please contact us at info@evergreeneglejwlr.com

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, product designs, descriptions, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Evergreen Egle Jwlr or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evergreen Egle Jwlr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or damage to personal property.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to check periodically for updates.
